Job Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural, architectural works and Medical
• Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements
• Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities’ regulations
• Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative
• Required experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for interior projects (Preferably in hospital environment)
• Candidate do not require to possess own vehicle or driving license
Job Description:
• Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
• Attend Coordinating Meeting
• Arrangement of work accordingly to project schedule
• Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager
