Cleaner

• To sweep and mop floors daily.
• Vacuum classroom floor, mop classroom floor with disinfectant, clean and wash classroom tables, chairs and school equipment and devices.
• Ensure toilets and hand wash basins throughout the centre are stocked toilet paper and hand soap.
• To empty all waste, rubbish and recyclables in the appropriate disposal area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your superiors.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience
• Monitors setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of Dining areas
• To answer questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections
• Supervises and trains the Staff to standards of excellence
• Complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate food service between kitchen and dining staff.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
• Present an accurate final bill to guests and process payment.
• Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good communication, spoken and written skills
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Customer service skills, able to positively interact with guests

• At least 10 years of experience in managing Italian restaurants, with a deep understanding of Italian cuisine and customer preferences.
• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations
• Managing cost control for food and beverage and profitability of the restaurant.
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients to enhance business opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Staff duty rostering and approval of leave. Supervising staff, including recruitment,training and performance reviews.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
