Primary Responsibilities
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring departments delivers as to expectations and targets
· Perform Inventory forecasting and shipment scheduling
· Liaise with suppliers, vendors and subsidiaries to handle shipment and logistics
· Provide management reports on operation status, inventory update
· Manage and develop operational team
· Understand products technicalities sufficiently to solve ad-hoc operational demands
· Evaluate operational and financial performance, and implement strategic planning
· Drive initiatives to improve performance of various aspects of the company
· Assist sales team with maintaining good working relationships with clients
· Manage related matters to safety and compliance
· Aid management in developing business planning and forecasting
Requirement
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role with relevancy
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
