• Provide consultation and feedback on curriculum to education institutions in relevant professional areas
• Oversee clinical attachment programmes within the department

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work or Speech & Language Therapy recognised by the relevant local professional associations

• Minimum 10 years of experience in AHP clinical practice

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AHP clinical supervision

Summary

We are seeking to fill the role of General Manager, Corporate Finance and Special Projects. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's corporate finance functions and leading high-impact special projects. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Finance: Lead all aspects of corporate finance activities, including:
• Capital Markets: Manage equity and debt financings, including IPOs, M&A transactions, and other capital market transactions.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Treasury Management: Oversee cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Special Projects: Lead and manage high-impact special projects, including:
• Strategic Acquisitions & Divestitures: Conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and oversee the integration or divestiture of businesses.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound business decisions.
