Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise: Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring that all service standards are met and that guests receive timely, friendly, and efficient service.
Guest Experience: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure that guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience. Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a calm, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
Table Service & Oversight: Lead by example in providing exemplary table service, ensuring that food and drinks are served correctly and promptly. Assist with the delivery of food and beverages during busy service periods.
Upselling and Sales: Assist in promoting specials, wine pairings, and other menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably as a captain, supervisor, or senior server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a top-tier dining experience.
Role is open to dependent pass and LTVP+ holder who are residing in Singapore
