Responsibilities:
· Cleaning and maintenance of our office and showrooms.
· Regular cleaning of common areas, Pantry areas and other designated spaces. Toilet cleaning twice a day
· Cleaning of the dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipments and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
· Emptying of all the trash bins as and when required.
· Aircon cleaning and maintenance
· Window Cleaning: Clean and polish interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and partitions.
· Dusting and Wiping: Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, shelves, and electronics (e.g., computers, monitors, and telephones).
· Vacuuming and Mopping: Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors to ensure cleanliness.
· Restocking Supplies: Replenish toiletries, paper towels, hand soap, and other supplies in restrooms and pantry areas.
· Spot Cleaning: Address spills, stains, or marks on floors, walls, and furniture promptly.
· Organizing Common Areas: Arrange furniture and maintain neatness in meeting rooms, lounges, and other shared spaces.
· Plant Care: Water and care for indoor plants as instructed by management (if any ).
· Pest Control Assistance: Assist in identifying areas prone to pest issues and coordinate with pest control services if needed.
· Basic Repairs: Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or tightening loose fixtures.
· Event Setup and Cleanup: Help prepare for office events by setting up spaces and cleaning up afterward.
· Monitoring Facility Conditions: Report any damages, malfunctions, or potential hazards to the management.
· Any other duties / tasks as requested by the management.
Requirements:
· Previous cleaning experience preferred.
· Preferably with a valid Singapore driving licence.
· Candidates should be willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays and overnight duties
6 days working (as per the business hours)
Off day will be strictly on a weekday.
Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
