• Direct Guests to their table and remember to scatter the Guests evenly at various stations of the restaurant.
• Handle and solve any concerns and questions from customers.
• Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service is provided every time.
• Support Assistant Manager and Department in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of high school “O” Level, Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
• Food Safety, leadership training program.

• Support projects from the Electrical Engineering/Design perspective of Buildings (Mixed-Development, Commercial, Residential) from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning, and final handover, including preparing technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with respective departments to develop client proposals and tenders, aiming to achieve profitable business outcomes. This involves bid planning, facilitation, cost estimation, writing, technical input, and necessary approvals.
• Serve as a technical authority, providing mentorship and guidance to other electrical engineers in the team while ensuring technical excellence in all aspects of project execution.
• Foster strong client relationships by contributing to client plans and maintaining a positive rapport while supporting the development and motivation of team members and junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimal of 3-5 years of prior functional experience with Engineering Consultants, Design Practices or Professional Services
• Portfolio - one of Retail, Commercial, Mixed-Development, High-End Hospitality
• Good knowledge of working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local codes & regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
