Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Captain to lead our new Japanese outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth team operations with a focus on hospitality and Japanese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Collaborate with the service crew and kitchen to ensure efficient operations.
• Set tables and take guest orders.
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and presentation standards.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations to guests, upselling as appropriate.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in Food & Beverage operations.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of menu items and preparation techniques.
• Good memory and attention to detail when handling orders.
• Basic understanding of food ingredients and cooking methods.
• Strong communication skills with both guests and colleagues.
