Job Description
* Oversee and manage all cleaning related activities at various customer sites, experienced in managing a
large cleaning crew.
* Manage and monitor site cleaning duties, coordinate work activities and operations including site
inspection, sanitation, statutory compliance and on-site safety, WSH policy and guidelines
* Responsible for the upkeep of equipment and machinery
* Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies
* Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine
cleaning using equipment & machinery
* Recommend and execute operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
* Serve as liaison between Supervisors and Clients to meet quality service delivery
* Managing resources, work procedures, cleaning operations and attend to work incidents
* Compile, collate and analyse data and reports to enhance operational effectiveness and improve
efficiency
* Plan and implement work schedule and manage manpower deployment
* Ensuring clients and customers feedback are attended promptly and meeting or exceeding their
expectation
* To serve as a conduit between Management & Front-Line staff
* Assist in the hiring, on-boarding and training of new employee
* Perform quality, service, and safety audit
* Handle employees work concerns and issues
* Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement
* Maintain detailed records of periodical work done
* Provide direct supervision to supervisors in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites * Must be computer literate
* Candidate must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
* Required language(s): English, Chinese, Malay

operations management, machinery, team management, time management, supervisory experience,
sanitation, teamwork
