Shift timing

5. There may be times to be called during off- working hours during the weekday to provide on call support for production issues.

• Willing to work in shifts to provide 24/7, on-call, holiday and weekend support.
• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
• Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.
• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows scripting.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

• Collaborate and support Key Functional Stakeholders within Secretariat/MOT/Group Finance to understand functional requirement, proactively identify meaningful data insights and develop the right analytics products and recommendations
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the product and report development
• Work with subject matter experts to bridge business needs and development of data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as Business Analytics/Business Administration/Banking & Finance.

Your Focus
As Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all Singapore employees in accordance to local statutory employment regulation. You will be working closely with Payroll Vendors, HR and Finance team. In addition, the job scope encompasses management of travel and business expense claims with the company’s in-house service centre. You are responsible for compliance of all relevant internal controls, country, international laws, rules and regulations as well as time reporting policies while working in an environment of strict deadlines and confidentiality.

The Payroll Associate will report to Singapore Company Controller.

You will spend your time…

• Processing payrolls for all Singapore employees
• Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process including but not limited to:

1. maintaining and processing time and attendance records
2. processing payroll deductions
3. processing compensation changes, overtime, shift changes and withholding adjustments.

• Coordinating with Human Resources to ensure all SAP employee information is reflected in payroll accurately and with appropriate documentation retained for auditing verification.
• Responding to inquiries from employees.
• Serve as point of contact for payroll and timekeeping system, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Preparing and providing required payroll / travel and business expense related information needed for month end and general ledger posting.
• Tracking and preparing recharge of payroll related costs to affiliates.
• Completing / reviewing of periodic and year-end reporting information.
• Responding to auditor inquiries.
• Preparing responses to inquiries and requests from local tax and government authorities.
• Providing support in Finance / payroll system testing and implementation projects.

The senior lab analyst in the Analytical Service Laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, plays a multifaceted role that encompasses precise chemical analysis, adherence to quality management systems, and active participation in production-related activities. This position is designed to contribute to the laboratory's commitment to ISO/IEC 17025 standards while also supporting production processes to meet organizational objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for improving safety culture through strong participation and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, procedures, and protocols.

• Responsible for all relevant risk Assessments activities to ensure risk assessments are done and documented.

Primary Function:

To perform testing and analysis of fuel oil, petroleum and petrochemical samples, calibration of lab equipment, quality control and other lab duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To carry out analytical tests in the laboratory in accordance with approved methods or customer's requirements
• Ensure all the test results and calculations are in order before submission to Chemist/ Supervisor
