• The candidate will be embedded with the enterprise onboarding platform’s corporate trust public relations support team for the purposes of the Incumbency Certificate (IC) / Authorized Signatory Lists (ASL) remediation project, where the candidate will be collecting updated ICs from all clients.
• As part of the IC collection process, the candidate will perform the review of the IC/ASL of clients, ascertain if due diligence is required as per local KYC regulations, and if so, ensure these signatories are entered into the KYC record for screening purposes.
• The candidate is also expected to help provide mitigating factors or additional description based off deal documents if a true screening hit is detected (e.g. PEP hits, negative news etc), and work with the team on the screening hits.
• The candidate must also be confident in performing client outreach to collect documents such as identification and verification documents, if essential, in performing our due diligence on the authorised signatories.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Banking/Accounting/Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• With 3 - 7 years of total work experience in the financial sector, front office KYC and onboarding, or client-facing/project management.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform biochemistry, analytical and raw material of in-process and marketed products for lot release in accordance with quality standards and procedures

Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll processing

• Process monthly payroll (a total of 12 centres) approximately 250 staff.
• Check and calculate employees’ overtime.
• Generate payroll reports and upload bank export files in DBS IDEAL for approvals.
• Maintain proper filing of payroll documents, to include supporting documents and authorizations.
• Generate payslips for staff to view via e-Payslip system.
• Prepare Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for Finance Department.
• Send Payroll Reports and Recharges to Finance Department by the 1st week of month.
• Monthly submission of CPF. Provide CPF acknowledgement to respective Finance personnels.
• Tally and reconcile monthly FWL payment advices (for 6 centres).

Administrative Duties

• Process and submit NS Make-up Pay Claims for staff
• Provide support in Survey related matters
• Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as and when required
• Prepare relevant HR monthly report
• Any other duties asinstructed by the Head of Human Resource.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Min. 3 years of payroll experience

Location: Central Singapore (Near Raffles Place MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second level of IT support for end users
• Manage service request and incident management processes to meet with the IT service quality SLAs
• Ensure standard ITIL based service delivery processes are implemented for IT services to be fit for use and fit for business
• Identify cost optimisation with service improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent field of studies

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Window 10/11 and office suite

Salary Up to $5,500 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Will be part of the Regional Payroll Team that has a portfolio of 16 countries, including time and benefit administration in the payroll system.

• Process payroll using a payroll system for at least one country (Singapore & Australia), handling the end-to-end payroll activities, complying with legislations and company policies.
• Administer and maintain payroll system to ensure accurate processing of pay, time, leave and benefit entitlements.
• Perform payroll calculations, data reconciliations, and prepare payroll reports.
• Handle statutory and income tax filings and administrations.
• Handle employee query.
• Maintain proper payroll documentations.
• Participate in the development or adjustment of work processes. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
• Participate in payroll system enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in regional digital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting or similar faculty.
• Having local and Australia statutory/income tax knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
