We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to be an essential member of a 24/7 Service Desk to ensure high availability of our customer’s enterprise IT services and to restore normal IT service to affected users as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor enterprise IT networks and server systems
• Act as a single point of contact to customers/users, resolver groups, third party service providers and other departments
• Respond to hotline calls and e-mails within agreed timescales
• Take ownership of incidents/service requests reported by users, track the incidents/service requests, to ensure closure within agreed timescales
• Maintain documentation and comprehensive records of issues and problems

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of working experience.

• Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with finance business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications for the design, development, and maintenance of the SAP FICO module.
• Perform SAP IMG configurations and develop enhancements.
• Develop and implement ABAP solutions, including ALV reports, SmartForms, and RFCs.
• Manage stakeholder collaboration, design, testing, configuration, integration, go-live, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Provide SAP FICO expertise to enhance and streamline financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years proven experience with SAP FICO
• Functional experience with design, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, training, go-live, documentation, reporting and support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
