We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Security Services within the Banking or Financial domain, preferably with experience in Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, domain knowledge, and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. The opportunity

The Payroll Manager, Asia Pacific & Japan will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing of 10+ countries in Asia Pacific region, in partnership with external 3rd party payroll providers. They will partner closely with Adobe’s Human Resources, Equity, Tax, Legal and Technology teams to deliver world class payroll services and strategies.  The role will be focused on all aspects of regional payroll operations, Singapore, China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand as of 2024.

A successful candidate will bring relevant payroll experience in a fast-paced business environment with evidence of operational improvements.  They will also have the natural ability to build strong relationships, is a strong mentor and is a hands-on manager.

What you'll do

• Oversee and help to process monthly outsourced payroll function to ensure that all payroll related responsibilities are delivered
• Be the subject matter expert for payroll operations and point of contact for escalations
• Resolve escalated payroll queries and issues, work, and act as the main point of contact for all related 3rd parties.
• Develop and improve payroll procedures, processes, and systems.
• Aware of changes to current payroll legislation in order to advise the business on necessary changes.

Autodesk is looking for a senior Accounts Payable Working Capital Analyst. This role will be in the Singapore and reporting directly to the Manager of Global Accounts Payable located in Singapore with dotted reporting responsibilities to Global Treasury Ops Director

This position will support treasury operations especially in APAC region, improve working capital through the payment cycle, analyze supplier spendings and identify cost-saving initiatives, support the forecast process with respect to natural expenses, maintain solid policy compliance and internal controls and establish good business relationships with suppliers.  This role will include routine duties such as performing account reconciliations, meeting financial closing deadlines and KPIs. 

Responsibilities 

Payments 

• Reconcile disbursement activity with SAP and execute payment run activity, as needed  
• Confirm receipt of payment files submitted to various banks 
• Authorize payment batches, manual payments 
• Provide payment confirmation and deal with payment queries 
• Perform IC settlements for LRD COGS and ESPP in APAC

Daily Cash Management 

• Monitor daily cash flows impacting cash-forecasting models for APAC 
• Prepare daily consolidated cash position 
• Monitor cash levels in different currency accounts, initiating transfers between accounts as appropriate 
• Administer bank accounts, bank portals, and bank fee analysis to ensure a well-controlled and accurate APAC banking structure foundation supporting cash management excellence 

Forecasting/Planning 

• Work closely with all key stakeholders such as FP&A, FBP, Card Program, etc. to obtain latest updates and information that may impact the AP forecast and actuals 
• Analyzing forecast overruns, spend trends and optimize AP capital opportunities 
• Prepare monthly AP cash forecast in APAC to ensure adequate funding to execute supplier invoice payments 

Bank Account Management 

• Lead KYC audit for APAC region liaising with internal stakeholders 
• Maintain the company’s legal entity information with the banks

Ad-hoc Projects 

• Roll out Supply Chain Financing project
• Lead AP working capital initiatives
• Support process/report automations
• Support M&A integration

Minimum Qualifications

The role

We're looking for a strong Underwriter with a background in payments and/or financial analysis to join our Singapore team. Position Overview

• Participate on special projects to automate cash application world wide and to streamline other AR processes
• Implement and document processes and procedures as required
• Interact with treasury, sales support, customers, customer service, revenue accounting, customer financial services, and outsource vendors
• Represents the Company and the department in day-to-day activities with both internal and external auditors, providing documentation as required, and information regarding the status / activities relating to accounts under review
• Process cash receipts timely and accurately (lockbox, checks, wires)
