• This position reports to the Asia On-Site Manager and is responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of the

- Integrated Materials Management (IMM) and Rotable Fleet Service Program at the Asia Centre in Singapore

• Works at the Functional or Program level to oversee Administration / AOG support plans and Supply Change Management processes and point of contact for Customer enquiries and solution providers.

• Performs Independent Analysis, defines integrated logistics support requirements, prepares estimates and schedules.

• Serves as a Company contact and spokesperson with the IMM Onsite Teams, IMM Network of Suppliers, Rotable Fleet Service On-Site Team, Rotable Network of Suppliers, Program Pool Service Providers and Seattle Main Office in multiple Programs located around the World from Singapore

• Coordinates development of solutions to complex Logistics support problems with product support, functions, customers, and suppliers.

• Ensure Contractual Service levels are met or exceeded as the Program Customers

• Assist in the Development of office documentation Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios and Desktop Procedures.

• Identify Special Demand from Customer and Report changes to Planning / Asset and Repair Team.

• Monitor Supplier / Program Customer Performance.

• Places recovery STI's / PTI’s / PPI’s in shortage situations and follows up with supplier as necessary.

• Receive “Replace By Engineering” information from Supplier and effects necessary system changes to the IMM / Rotable Fleet Service and Customer systems and as needed support Customer Requirements.

• Identifies parts requiring Return to Supplier or Scrapping action are properly documented and returned to supplier and Systems Updates.

• Maintains Accuracy between Program and Supplier Systems.

• Resolves 3rd Party Logistics Provider problems and Tracks Shipments both for Forward and Reverser Logistics.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will serve as integral support across multiple account teams covering Singapore and Thailand market. In this role, you will learn from our marketing communication specialists, digital experts on modern digital marketing and how PR is at the heart of our clients’ brand socialisation and businesses. You will also be involved in the agency’s innovations and marketing initiatives, such as the Gen Z/ Consumer Incubator and social media storytelling.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented and creative self-starter with a passion for marketing communications in the consumer lifestyle space.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovative digital communications strategies and public relation plans for clients, including:

o Identification of relevant media platforms

o Crafting of compelling narratives

o Demonstration of understanding on the digital landscape: social media platforms etc.

o Demonstration of knowledge on the media/influencer landscape

• Identify and build relationships with key media and influencers. Proactively consume relevant media sources to stay updated and in the know with industry trends and happenings

• Actively pitch to appropriate media and influencers about client news to secure media placements, with due diligence on media research and interesting pitch angles

• Monitor and analyse traditional and digital outlets for coverage of client news, competitor and industry developments

• Able to independently implement small-scale campaigns and conduct influencer outreach for relevant campaigns

• Support material development, event logistics, and other related tasks (content briefs, pitch notes, press materials) with attention to detail and minimal factual error

• Begin building client relationships

• Support agency leadership opportunities and assist with new business opportunities, as required

Requirements

• Prior internships/employment in a PR/marketing agency or similar environment preferred

• Strong command of English and Thai with excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate key messages in a concise manner

• Good understanding of local and Thai media/influencers and digital landscape

• Good understanding of relevant trends and happenings to be able to contribute significantly in brainstorms and development of plans

• Ability to assess and interpret information to develop compelling storylines for visual and written materials
