Responsibilities

Event Support

• Set up, operate, and maintain professional AV equipment.
• Provide technical support in lighting, audio, video, and stage management for various events.
• Ensure optimal sound quality for live audiences and recordings.
• Operate video equipment for live streaming, recording, and visual displays, ensuring alignment with event objectives.
• Manage physical stage setups, ensuring safety and seamless transitions between event segments.

Support for Staff and Students

• Assist with setting up AV equipment for meetings, lessons, and other activities.
• Provide video recording support and supervision for events and lessons.
• Conduct AV training sessions for staff and students to enhance user capabilities.

Planning and Procurement

• Collaborate with the client’s ICT department to address AV challenges and propose solutions.
• Support procurement processes for AV solutions, gathering requirements, coordinating demonstrations, and liaising with vendors.

Resource Management

• Assist in managing AV resources efficiently.
• Perform annual maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct basic repairs of AV hardware.

Media Post-Production

• Edit video footage with titles, subtitles, graphics, and animations.
• Enhance sound quality, add audio effects, and create multimedia content.

Other Duties

• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the setup and management of professional AV systems.
• Desired additional experience in:
• Video systems management (1+ years).
• Multimedia content editing (1+ years).

Qualifications:

• At least one qualification in professional lighting systems, audio systems, video systems, or multimedia content editing is highly desirable.

An MNC in the commodities industry is currently looking for a Trade Operation Specialist to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will be responsible mainly to handle trade operations daily tasks for dry bulk commodities. The job scope include oordinating vessel logistics, fulfilling shipment requirements, handling Letters of Credit (LC) and liaise with banks, preparing invoices, preparing and verifying shipping documents, and tracking cash flow, shipments, and demurrage or dispatch claims.

The role also include risk management by reviewing contracts, monitoring credit limits, and addressing potential transaction risks, while maintaining compliance with policies.

Our client is a Commodity Trading MNC with HQ in Japan, currently seeks a Freight Management Specialist to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the Freight Manager, the incumbent will be working in a team of 3 staffs. He / She will need to manage the full spectrum of freight operations such as chartering vessels for the transportation of dry bulk commodities, liaising with internal & external BAUs. The main duties will include overseeing all operational matters for the managed vessel, ensuring compliance with charter party agreements, voyage optimization, maximizing efficiency, minimizing cost, verifying shipping documents (B/L, LOI’s, pre-stowage plan), handling claim, monitoring & analyzing vessel performance metric, and data entry for vessel’s operation into the system.

Additionally, he / she will need to handle risk management which includes providing advice to Front Office in term of contract review & revisions to minimise group risk exposure.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Renewal Sales Representative role will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team.
