Event Support

• Set up, operate, and maintain professional AV equipment.

Planning and Procurement

Resource Management

• Assist in managing AV resources efficiently.
• Perform annual maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct basic repairs of AV hardware.

Media Post-Production

• Edit video footage with titles, subtitles, graphics, and animations.
• Enhance sound quality, add audio effects, and create multimedia content.

Other Duties

• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the setup and management of professional AV systems.
• Desired additional experience in:
• Video systems management (1+ years).
• Multimedia content editing (1+ years).

Qualifications:

• At least one qualification in professional lighting systems, audio systems, video systems, or multimedia content editing is highly desirable.

Job Description

The Closing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the development team in the last stage of production to ensure that the project is ready to be released from a quality and delivery standpoint. Collaborating with Team Leads, Producers, Project Coordinators and QA, you will participate in all aspects of project management; evaluate the game’s production progression as well as the risks related to the submission planning; set up best practices.
