Technology Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Firm in the Technology function, including but not limited to software, hardware, networking infrastructure and applications
• Providing support in IT/ IS functions such as networking, mobile device, remote, audio visual, telephony and security
• Conducting basic in-house application training sessions to our user community
• Drafting, updating and managing documentation as part of the work process
• Collaborating with other members of the Technology team and Business Services team to come up with practical and effective solutions to meet business operational needs
• Participating in and contributing to special projects in support of Firm initiatives
• Assisting the team with related ad-hoc duties, where necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies that include but are not limited to Windows Operating System and Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Experience with other mainstream software systems (e.g. iOS, Mac OSX, Android) and/or technical skills related to an ability to do basic logic design and programming with simple scripts; or using industry standard visual basic, power-shell, will be ideal
• Industry standard current certifications by Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Application solution vendors will be helpful
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a corporate environment. Experience working in a law firm would be an advantage

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Validation Specialist with solid experience in equipment qualification and pharmaceutical solutions in Life Science industries for a role in Singapore.

Objectives of this Role:

A Cleaning Validation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that cleaning procedures for equipment and facilities in highly regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices, are effective and meet regulatory requirements. The job description for a Cleaning Validation Specialist may include the following responsibilities:

Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols for equipment and facilities to ensure they are cleaned to appropriate levels and are free from contamination.

Perform risk assessments and develop risk-based cleaning validation plans to ensure equipment and facilities are cleaned to appropriate levels.

Develop and implement cleaning procedures, methods, and acceptance criteria for equipment and facilities to ensure consistent and effective cleaning.

Review and approve cleaning validation protocols, reports, and related documentation.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Investigate and troubleshoot cleaning validation issues and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cleaning validation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
• Solid 3 and up years of experience with specific experience within (bio) pharmaceutical (or related industries) and GMP is desirable; Junior with a minimum of 2 years is welcome to apply.
• Proven experience in cleaning validation in a regulated industry is highly valued.
• Has a knowledge in regulatory requirements such as FDA, GMP, and ISO.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are also important for this role.
• Proficient in English, both in speaking and in writing.

• Reporting directly to Head of Cyber Security, SOC, your role involves:
• Ensuring incident Responses towards IT security threats are well managed. Ensuring timely triage of cybersecurity incidents, investigation and incident response for Cyber security incidents
• Managing security operation to ensure implemented security technologies and controls are effective and adequate to protect the company
• Conducting Identifying root cause and remediating of cybersecurity incidents
• Providing advisory on security threats and vulnerabilities. This includes performing vulnerability scans and analyze results of scans
• Directing post-mortem activities following critical incidents
• Overseeing the development and execution of corporate security awareness and training programs. This includes getting the buy-in of senior business stakeholders which includes securing funding for IT security programs
• Enhancing early detection capability - Driving lessons learned activities after incidence closure to identify potential gaps in security control

Skills and experience required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing study and etc.
• Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
• Conduct tax research and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with various competent authorities in respect of the tax related queries/issues & audits
• Advise and provide support as and when required on the tax compliance and implication
• Review and advise tax related contract clause including new project tendering, procurement contract and etc.
• Keep abreast on the latest development of new legislation and tax updates and advise for full compliance
• Other ad-hoc duties/tasks to be assigned as and when required.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in taxation, customs and finance
• Candidate shall have more than 5 years tax experience in commercial or professional firms
• Professional experience in taxation with audit/tax firms preferred
• Tax Consultancy background preferred
• A graduate of Business or Accounting is desirable
• Proficient in Excel
