Trello Specialist (Senior)
· The Trello Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing project workflows using Trello.
· This role will involve leveraging data to optimize project efficiency, ensuring that teams are aligned and projects are progressing according to schedule.
· The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Trello, helps Marketing Specialist organize and manage tasks effectively
Key Responsibilities:
· Trello Management: Administer and maintain Trello boards, ensuring they are organized and aligned with project goals. Create and manage card structures, labels, and lists relevant to different projects.
· Data Analysis: Analyze Trello usage data, project timelines, and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Process Improvement: Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and processes within Trello. Provide recommendations for best practices and efficient use of Trello features.
· Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively use Trello for project management. Act as a point of contact for Trello-related inquiries and support.
· Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that Trello is being used effectively across all projects. Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.
· Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects in Trello, ensuring deadlines are met, and tasks are completed. Identify project risks and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with Trello and integrate with tools like Google Drive, Slack to streamline your workflow and keep all your resources connected.
- Good experience with sql and BI tools (Tableau, qlik, etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- organize campaigns and manage tasks efficiently. By leveraging Trello’s features, you can enhance team collaboration, streamline processes, and ensure that projects stay on track.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and software.
- Knowledge of automation tools or integrations that enhance Trello’s functionality, such as Zapier.
