Reporting to the Shopkeeper, the Kitchen Specialist provides excellent sales service and maximise kitchen furniture and accessories sales by using knowledge in the range, customers’ requirements, as well as the IKEA tools and experience and expertise of your colleagues.

Your assignment

• To offer informed solutions and services to customers by using range knowledge in assembly, kitchen installation, transport and finance to help customers make informed choices
• Able to explain and demonstrate the IKEA kitchen system and support customers by providing clear and structured guides through kitchen planning and buying process
• Help gather relevant information by seeking to understand customers' needs and support customers with accurate kitchen design and layout
• Maximize sales by knowing your top selling products and do sales steering and keeping yourself aware on stock availability

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable
• Develop understanding of client business and role of online in delivering objectives ways of working from planning to getting approval and billing process
• Deliver added value opportunities across clients wherever possible
• Book all campaigns according to the brief (with confirmed media) and ensure financials are correct.
• Monitor campaign delivery and reconcile any under deliveries.
• Assist with auditing process across specific client base.
• Follow through the closed job for invoicing process (incl. (proof of ads, supplier invoices, TV reporting, signed schedule)
• Constantly monitor performance and delivery of ad server and vendor reporting. 
• Monitor and report on clients’ expenditure update by campaign by media, if needed
• Keep track of clients’ media master contract fulfilments.
• Work closely with Planners to ensure all the media plans are as per latest MOCO template and make sure all elements are incorporated.
• Prepare CI for all mediums and help Planners manage all material submission timelines.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Processing billing instructions with finance/shared service teams
• Mapping vendor invoices against billing instructions
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis. Support Planners to update the media plans based on actualized amount.
• Participate in finance WIP & Precision billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines.
• Maintain co-ownership of WIP report with finance team, ensure that jobs are progressively reconciled and closed

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries

Responsibilities: 

• Recognize, research, and analyze various threat actor groups/attack patterns, tactics, techniques and procedures. 

• Use data analysis to develop profiles of bad actors on X, and complete scaled investigations into those bad actors.

• Conduct threat modeling to improve threat detection and mitigation.

• Build heuristic rules to detect and stop bad actors on X, and contribute to building other detection systems and Trust & Safety product features.

• Perform continuous research based on open source and internal tooling on specific threats, including threat actors and campaigns, to determine detection and enforcement gaps for X Rules and policies. This includes campaign tracking and trending evaluation.

Responsible for the processing and transactions of payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and review payroll reports utilizing payroll and time and attendance system, and make corrections as required

Job Objectives

As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.

The IDL Global Tech Strategic Alignment Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of engagement and alignment strategies and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels. This position requires a strong attention to detail, hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, a creative mind and the ability to collaborate effective with cross-functional teams across various timezones.

Areas of focus:

• Develop and produce engaging content for various communication channels and ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and conveys key messages effectively.
• Work closely with Segment and Solution teams to gather information and insights and pull together the team’s key achievements for communication initiatives such as Newsletters, Townhalls, Webinars etc.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager to implement communication plans and strategies.
• Ensuring alignment and consistency of messaging
• Maintain and update the IDL Global Tech Intranet and content repository.
• Oversee and maintain the IDL Global Tech and Segment mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage and update organizational charts to reflect changes in personnel, departments, and reporting structures.
• Maintain and coordinate the IDL Global Tech team calendar
• Craft compelling and engaging stories in a clear and concise manner to captivate and connect with diverse audiences (e.g. People News, Newsletters)
• Support the Strategic Alignment Lead to drive creative strategies and synthesise complex technical knowledge into Business Language, executed in creative ways to the right stakeholders

Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist (Singapore)

12 months fixed term contract

As the Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist, you'll work with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the organisation's efficient operation and the achievement of strategic goals.  This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organisation has the strategic communication, decision-making tools, and processes in place for clarity of direction and success.

Role:

• Craft compelling and concise internal communications aligned with company strategy
• Support senior leadership with the development and delivery of presentations for key business updates 
• Lead the organisation of important meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and team on-site, curate agendas for strategic forums, ensuring consistent communication and action-item follow-up.
• Develop and maintain decision-making frameworks to support effective information flow and decision execution.
• Manage scenarios related to budgets, asks, and justifications in consultation with leadership.
• Contribute to strategic planning processes to support effective resource allocation 
• Implement, track and prioritise a calendar of specific initiatives that align with the broader
• strategy and goals
• Collaborate with the insights & analytics teams to establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly assess and compile results across areas to drive data-driven decision-making.

You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role, preferably 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape
• Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to varying audiences.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with tools for project management and performance analytics.
• Passion for the web video/video-sharing ecosystem and digital culture. Understand video-sharing platforms, its creators and identify opportunities to celebrate the creator community
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong project management experience and a demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects to completion.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems.
• Comfort with data analysis and experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects across APAC.
