Description

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for managing and maintaining the application monitoring infrastructure across all multiple platforms (UNIX, Windows, Openshift container platform, AWS, AS400) running on Production and Development environments in Singapore and Overseas Subsidiaries.

Role:

l Provide leadership in implementation, support and management of the Enterprise Monitoring tools to meet the business requirements of the Bank.

l Ensure all critical applications and services are properly covered within the monitoring and alerting systems in a manner consistent with the Banks’ standards; collect the right metrics at the right frequency and ensure the data is readily available for effective alerting, reporting, and analysis.

l Collaborate with a cross-functional team of dev, ops, and architects to understand complex application architectures in order to implement an effective top-down monitoring strategy for holistic service visibility

l Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with monitoring tools and ensure high availability

l Participate in strategy and future implementation discussions for the redesign and implementation of the monitoring environment to modernize with latest technology trends.

Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 10 years of IT experience of which at least 5 years’ experience in similar role, ideally in a financial institution.

l Experience with Application Monitoring Tool / Geneos / Prometheus is a must.

l Experience with monitoring application's performance, availability and end-user experience to ensure the application is functioning properly in a large enterprise environment.

l Good understanding or experience in Openshift container platform is a plus.

l Strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and strategic thinking

l Able to work independently on individual assignments, while collectively with a team on larger projects.

l Strong understanding of multi-tier application architectures and application runtime environments

l Familiarity with workflow management and ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow

l Good understanding of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and implementation of same in real world along with exposure to associated tool sets (JIRA/Confluence)

Job description:

- Equipment Maintenance

- Create and update equipment card, service contracts, service calls in SAP system.

- Extract monthly report of expiring preventive maintenance contracts and send email reminder to users

- Check, sort and process invoices and verify them against SAP system.

- Request and ensure new vendors fill up the - Vendor Registration form before sharing details with Accounts Assistant to create accounts in the SAP system for new vendors.

- Purchase order processing

- Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy

Requirements:

- Min 1 to 2 years exp in procurement / order processing / supply chain / customer service

- Able to commit for 1 year
