The MolyCop business currently has 12 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The business supplies steel consumables, primarily grinding media to the Copper and Gold mineral processing sector. Role Purpose:

The role supports the Freight Manager, to ensure our imported bar feedstock needs as defined through our S&OP process, are delivered in full and on-time, as well as the most cost efficient and effective freight and logistics service that leverages our volume, demand planning, mill relationships and market insights.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Assist in negotiating and securing shipment, coordinating with ship owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

2. Support Freight Manager in managing day-to-day operational, including post-fixture activities and documentation.

· Upkeep cargo readiness and delivery status for all contracts.

· Advising suppliers on vessels ETA and co-ordinate inspections schedule with our QA/QC department.

· Reviewing details on Charter-Party Bill of Lading.

Payroll Management:*
