• Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) Consultant to join our team and lead multi-country payroll implementations. You will play a key role in configuring the system to meet complex payroll requirements, ensuring best practices are followed, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP EC Payroll for clients.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs and map them to the EC Payroll system.
• Configure EC Payroll settings for various payroll elements, deductions, and contributions specific.
• Integrate EC Payroll with other HR and financial systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP EC Payroll Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:
