Experience

• At least 2 years experience in working as a Multimedia Specialist or has experience in multimedia production for events, functions, and projects in schools
• Preferably have experience training students and working with teachers in multimedia in a school environment
• Preferably have experience managing and working in AV/Info-com club or equivalent in schools
• Preferably have experience to perform asset checks of multimedia equipment in schools

Job Description

• Assist the Product Manager or Lead in planning and execute day-to-day game operation tasks

• Localize and execute initiatives and events for the game in multiple countries

• Manage game-related projects by working closely with the internal teams

• Review and analyze key game metrics and contribute to operation strategy-setting

• Use analytics to drive key success metrics related to revenue generation and user growth

• Evaluate and recommend growth, monetization or retention plans by identifying potential outcomes and returns

• Establish partnerships to deepen and strengthen engagement with the community

• Monitor player sentiments and community feedback

• Translation and proof reading of project documents

• Communicate with overseas and local product teams

• Control project quality and resolve the problems effectively

• Translating various content from English to Korean and vice versa.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity

• Strong interest and passion in gaming

• Experience in launching and managing PC or mobile game

• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.in Korean and English (to liaise with Korean and English clients) is priority
