We are looking for an ESG professional with passion and practical working knowledge of key international Environmental, Social and Human Rights standards. We require someone who naturally operates collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure robust ESG due diligence is undertaken and implementation is monitored.

Responsibilities

ESG Approach and Frameworks

• Develop and enhance Openspace's ESG frameworks, policies, and strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and alignment with business objectives.
• Implement ESG strategies and programs across Openspace and portfolio companies, addressing pre- and post-investment needs.

ESG Implementation

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed ESG compliance across the investment process.
• Engage portfolio companies to assess and manage ESG risks, reduce environmentalimpacts, and drive sustainable practices.

ESG Data Management and Reporting

• Gather, process, and analyse ESG data to produce timely and accurate reports, including the annual Sustainability Report, LP updates, and diligence questionnaires.
• Identify trends and opportunities through ESG data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Act as the primary liaison for ESG-related concerns, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, LPs, and other interested parties. Prepare reports and present Openspace’s ESG progress and performance at internal and external meetings.

ESG Opportunities and Thought Leadership

• Contribute to identifying and developing investable ESG opportunities in line with Openspace's investment mandates. Drive thought leadership within Openspace and the broader industry, representing the firm at ESG-related conferences and professional events.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement

• Lead community engagement initiatives to align with Openspace’s ESG goals and values.

Project and Resource Management

• Oversee the timely execution of ESG initiatives, monitoring progress against commitments and standards. Manage ESG budgets and resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation

• Draft and manage legal and contractual documents for ESG activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand ESG factors impacting business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and skills needed for open positions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sources, to identify and attract potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Duties

1. Cleaning/Disinfection of patient's bed upon transfer/discharge. To execute detailed cleaning and sanitization protocols within the assigned areas, adhering to strict infection control standards.

2. To execute detailed cleaning of patient areas including

- all furniture, room fixtures & fittings

- cleaning of underbeds

- disinfection of all high touch surfaces

- toilet washing

- floor dusting & mopping

- waste disposal

- adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor

3. Operate and maintain various cleaning machines and tools specific to hospital environments for project and periodic cleaning, disinfection.

4. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to maintenance or management.

5. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock of specialized disinfectants, sterilization agents, and other necessary materials.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and hospital policies related to infection control and sanitation procedures.

- Isolation Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Hand Hygiene knowledge and practices

- Other infection control practices

7. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, and inventory usage.

8. Assist in adhoc tasks as necessary

Requirements

1. Candidates must be able to perform tasks and lift heavy weights, ie 30kg during each cleaning operation.

2. Able to work independently and efficient. Must be able to turn around each bed/room within a stipulated time based on KPI set
