• Prioritisation of competing deadline activities
• Identify risks, and propose effective solutions; execute mitigation actions and report on outcomes and residual risks
• Provide recommendations to Lead ATC Operations Specialist and Operational Authorities on modification of ATM related products/features.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Operational ATC experience across multiple disciplines.
• Firm understanding and demonstrated experience in training development and instruction.
• Significant ATM product knowledge or at least 2 years as a member of a Project Team involved in the implementation of a modern ATM system
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Capable of working in a self-directed environment without direct supervision
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment,
• Assist in ensuring a harmonious work environment in all departments that you are working with by upholding Thales's key values
• Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies and frameworks and work practices, with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues, visitors and/or the environment and to ensure safe work practises at all times.
• Comply with all relevant Company policies and procedures
• Willingness to undertake periodic interstate or international travel as part of project/program support.
• ATM End users in-the-field use of Thales solutions / products.
• Operational activities, organisations, roles and customer decision making processes when implementing Thales solutions / products.
• The trend of the evolutions of the strategic operational approaches and the future needs of the customers / users.
• Air Traffic Control Licence (Current or previously held) will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in Operating System [UNIX, Linux, Windows] will be added advantage.
• Proven problem identification and analysis skills and system requirements analysis skills
• PC Software - Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, AuthorIT.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for managing the logistics of import and export shipments, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handling logistics documentation and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• applying for all relevant import/export licenses and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and trade compliance standards, is also a crucial part of the role, particularly regarding import and export activities.
• preparing and managing all shipping-related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and other essential paperwork to ensure that all shipping documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• overseeing payment and billing processes, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing and all financial transactions related to shipping and logistics operations.
• organizing and maintaining a well-structured document control system, ensuring all shipping related documents are easily accessible, updated, and compliant with relevant standards and company policies,
• coordinating shipping schedules and transportation arrangements with suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• monitoring shipments to track their progress, ensuring that they arrive on time, and will proactively resolve any issues such as delays or discrepancies by communicating with relevant parties.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or STEM related fields.
• Minimum 2 years & above of working experience in handling import & export shipping documents / procurement process.
• Experience in procurement process within the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point)
