• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure successful onboarding and continued customer satisfaction.

Sales Closing & Negotiation:

• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with the CEO or founder on pricing strategies and contract terms.
• Provide quotes, proposals, and product recommendations tailored to each client’s requirements.

Customer Onboarding & Retention:

• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure clients are set up for success with the software, including implementation and training.
• Act as the main point of contact during the initial post-sale phase to resolve any issues and ensure smooth adoption of the system.
• Stay in touch with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key metrics (e.g., number of demos, proposals, and closed deals).
• Provide regular updates to the CEO/founder on sales progress, challenges, and insights from client feedback.
• Help refine product offerings based on market feedback and customer needs.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Keep up to date on trends in the HR technology space, including new features, emerging competitors, and customer needs.
• Continuously assess competitive offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the HR software
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales activities.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate technical software solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment and wear multiple hats.

This role focuses on addressing customer requests and escalations from the Global Service Desk.

The role involves performing hands-on fixes such as installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, managing mobile devices, implementing file backups, and configuring applications. It includes owning and driving issues to resolution, escalating to specialized IT resources when necessary, and ensuring continued engagement until resolution.

• Level 2 technical support for client facilities, including video and audio-conferencing services. Additionally, it involves performing preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals. You would also serve as the lead Audio Visual Subject Matter Expert for live meetings and events, both onsite and at remote locations as needed.

Required experience/Skills:

• 4-8 years of experience in computer science, information sciences, or a related field.
• Microsoft certification or other relevant certifications preferably.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including workstations and laptops.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems. Extensive experience providing application support for Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Service Level Agreements and a Service Desk framework.
