The Financial Crime Data Analytics Specialist is a pivotal role focused on driving data-driven insights across the entire financial crime lifecycle pan bank (CIB and WRB), to produce comprehensive process and cross functional data driven insights.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist operating in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients in the technology space. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technology talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices.
• Engage passive candidates and present a diverse slate of applicants for each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored interview questions and evaluation criteria.
• Provide market insights and strategic advice to hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, ideally in an RPO or agency environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent sourcing platforms.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: Experience in recruiting across multiple technology sectors or industries.
