• Chauffeur Managing Director (MD) and his family members
• Run personal and company errands for MD
• Fetch and chauffeur company staff and guests (as and when needed)
• Plan routes and estimate travel times
• All other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Maintain hygiene of the cars and make sure they are always clean

Requirements:

• Possess a record-free driving license and practice excellent and safe driving habits
• Safe driving patterns and adherence to road traffic rules
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to work on weekends and overtime when necessary
• Responsible, mature, reliable (be punctual, no frequent MCs)
• Understand and speak English and Mandarin
• No drinking habits, Physically fit and strong
• Pleasant personality, well-mannered

1. Collection and sending chemicals and goods to our customers, from and to general cargo.

2. Ensuring safe receipt retrieval and dispatching of good to our customers in a safe manner and in place with goods conditions.

3. Delivery wide variety of items to different routes.

4. Follow routes and time schedule.

5. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.

6. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

7. Employee must follow generally accepted safe driving practices and obey traffic regulations

8. Employee must responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is properly maintained.

9. Employee must be financially responsible for any parking or traffic summons while operating the company's vehicle.

10. Employee must report all accidents within 24 hours of the occurrence.

• Position : Personal Assistant or Private Secretary (Lady boss)
• Location : Orchard
• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : office hours (9.00-6.00pm), Saturday half day - if required
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000+ AWS + Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Arrange all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation
• Ensure timely itineraries, necessary travel documents, and assist with any changes or adjustments during the trip.
• Maintain and update the Top Manager's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, conferences, and personal appointments. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Top Manager.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of special events, conferences, and corporate functions, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• 1-2 years driving experience (Singapore type 3A, Automatic MPV Car) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting high-level executives or international business professionals.
• Experience in coordinating international travel arrangements, including visa applications and knowledge of travel logistics, is highly desirable.
• Min Diploma and above
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
