- Manage the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive, ensuring efficiency and timely follow-ups
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips, ensuring a smooth experience
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and organize documents with accuracy and discretion
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed
- Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional responses or directing them appropriately
- Proactively identify priorities and manage competing deadlines to keep the executive focused on high-value tasks
- Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing presentations, and ensuring timelines are met
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
