You are expected to be able to take initiative and intuitive to the needs of our partnesupporting individuals in performing their daily tasks, assist with purely business tasks such as scheduling, taking and preparing meeting.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

• Reporting to our Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
• Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
• Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of our partner.
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
• Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
• Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
• Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
• Observing best business practices and etiquette.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director

Required:

• Previous working experience as a Personal Assistant for 1 year
• In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and confidentiality

• Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Deliver and Install a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Load, unload, prepare, and inspect goods for delivery
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abide by all traffic laws
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Ensure that vehicle maintenance is taken care of
• Keep the interior of the vehicle clean
• Assist in other ad-hoc warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driver’s licence with good record
• Good Navigation of Singapore roads
• Physical fitness and strength
• Must be able to work in a team
• Delivery experience preferred
• Can speak and write Chinese
• Punctual and reliable, positive Mindset
• Able to work split shift, weekends and public holidays

Job Description

• Provide local delivery
• Timely delivery of goods
• Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damages
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle

Requirements:

• Possess class 4 driving licence
• Candidate with no experience are welcome as training will be provided
• Preferably with 2 years local delivery experience with a 24 ft lorry (6 tonne)
• Good safety records with zero traffic demerit points
• Willing to work Saturdays (5.5 days work week) & overtime when required
