A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to:

• Conduct fitness and lifestyle assessments for clients
• Develop a personal, safe and effective exercise and nutrition program to enable your clients to achieve their goals
• Monitor client progress and give regular feedback and accountability to your clients
• Monitor and instruct clients’ safety and effective use of training equipment
• Achieve the target number of client personal training hours each month
• Achieve monthly sales and service KPI’s
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities to include but not limited to complimentary workouts, road shows, seminars, workshops etc
• Participate in team meetings, town halls, training and development
• Be an effective brand ambassador for Core Collective
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Independent, high commitment and drive
• Degree in Fitness/ Exercise Science/ related field preferred OR Personal Training Certification from Singapore Sports Council / internationally recognized and accredited certifying organization (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, FISAF, ISSA)
• Valid Cardiac-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
• Willing to work the required hours, including early mornings, PH and weekends
• Sales and service oriented with impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years experience
• An impeccable, results based, track record
• Can bring an existing client base of 30-50 clients and hit the ground running
• Excellent client management and lead generation skills
• The right attitude - motivation and determination to succeed

• Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills
