Key Responsibilities

• Drive and transport containers or loose cargo.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Able to drive and operate Lorry.

· Pruning the Trees.

· Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.

· Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes always.

. Perform delivery, pick up and arboriculture operations with signals from helper

. Upkeep lorry mobile crane in clean, good and safe condition

. Assess work areas before performing any lifting operations

. Perform delivery and pick up operations

. Performance routine maintenance and documenting job performance to management

. Comply with road safety , traffic regulations and site safety

. Ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

. Possess a valid Class 4/5 driving licence and lorry crane operator license

. Operate lorry crane to lift, move or reposition loads safety and precisely.

. Listen and carryout instructions given from ground crew or helpers via radio communication or hand signals.

. Direct helpers to position outriggers and blocks properly to prevent capsizing during heavy load lifting.

. Inspect, rig, and ensure that rigging applications are configured in accordance with the load chart and manufacturer guidelines.

. Could expect to work in stuffy, noisy and dusty environment.

. Need to wear appropriate PPE when on duty.

Job Scope:

• Support in daily warehouse operations
• Handle receiving, sorting, pick, packing, etc
• Assist in parts exchange, distribute parts to other location, etc
• Perform detailed checks and testing on Spare Parts (to ensure they are received in good condition)
• Perform simple configurations to repaired / new Spare Parts
• Periodic stocktaking and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor the movement of Spare Parts and update the system
• Printing and pasting of labels for the Spare Parts
• Handle reporting and documentation
• Daily housekeeping of the storeroom
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Possess Warehouse Assistant experience
• Basic computer skill (MS Words & Excel)
• Proficiency in ERP Systems is advantageous
• Attention to details & organized
• Good team player
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, on weekends and PHs

Other Information:

• Working Hour: Rotating Shifts ( 7am – 4.30pm / 1pm – 10.30pm )
• Salary: Up to $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
• Location: CBD
