Are you an organized and proactive individual with experience in personal assistance? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Director in managing both household and office matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing emails, documents, and travel plans.
• Assist with the scheduling and coordination of activities for a primary school-aged child.
• Ensure the child is well-coached in his studies and manages his study schedules effectively.
• Handle various household matters, ensuring a smooth home environment.
• Be available to travel with the Director and/or the child as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in managing child’s education and schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in handling correspondence.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the Director’s commitments.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Academic :
Female
At least A level or Diploma equivalent
Child care experience and certification in education will be an advantage
MUST be able to speak and write fluently in English and Chinese
