Job Responsibilities
1. Driving Duties:
• Provide safe and punctual transportation for the employer to meetings, property viewings, and other work-related appointments with Toyota Alphard.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
2. Sales Support:
• Assist with property sales processes, such as delivering brochures, documents, or materials to clients.
• Occasionally accompany the employer to client meetings or viewings to provide logistical support.
3. Commission Opportunity:
• Help identify property sales opportunities during interactions or through personal networks.
• Earn commission for successful property sales or referrals directly contributed by your efforts.
Requirements
• Valid driving license with a clean record.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
• Polite and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Interest in the property industry is a plus (no prior experience required).
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends when necessary.
• Basic understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
