For all COD (cash on delivery) customers, the items will only be released to customer upon full payment on delivery, both driver and customer will have to acknowledge “Paid” on all copies of the delivery documents and collected cash to bank in cash drop-in machine.
• In the event of an unfortunate vehicle accident, report back to office, take down particular of the other party name, vehicle number, and take photo of damages.
• In the event of an unfortunate personnel accident in the course of work, report to executive in-charge to raise an accident report.
• Physically fit to carry frozen products boxes and able to enter in cold areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
