• Administrative Support: Filing of documentation, expense claims etc
• Meeting Coordination: Liaise with internal and external executives to coordinate in-person and virtual meetings.
• Event Assistance: Working together with other secretarial colleagues to ensure the success of off-site events
• Travel Planning: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including visa processing, scheduling, and itinerary for principal and accompanying members
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min Degree in any fields
• Excellent in using Microsoft Office and other office technology.
