• Adhere to established procedures and protocols for food safety, sanitation, and the handling of catering items. Maintain precise records of deliveries,including customer signatures, delivery times and any discrepancies from the original order. • Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
