• Day-to-Day Secretarial Support: Managing calendars & meetings, scheduling and organising in-person/ virtual appointments & engagements, business/personal travel arrangements, filing of documentations including expense claims etc
• CommunicationManagement: Handle incoming calls and confidential documents.

• Meeting Coordination: Liaise with internal and external executives to coordinate in-person and virtual meetings.
• Event Assistance: Working together with other secretarial colleagues to ensure the success of off-site events
• Travel Planning: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including visa processing, scheduling, and itinerary for principal and accompanying members
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
• Put up monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises

Job Requirements

• Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling or relevant field
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
