Class 4 Driver

The Role:

• Transport goods to designated locations safely and within scheduled timelines
• Perform routine checks and ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately
• Assist in loading and unloading of pallets (up to 30kg)

• Basic $2400 - $2800
• Performance Bonus up to 2 months of Basic Salary

Type of Vehicle to Drive:

• 14ft/24ft truck

Pick Up & Drop Off Location:

• Greenwich Drive (Tampines)

Working Hours:

• 4.5 days in a week, 44 hours
• 0730am to 1830pm
• Rest days are rotating Saturday and Sunday ( Work only half day on weekend)
• Off days are rotating any day from Tuesday – Friday
• Weekly standby allowance during off day applicable

Requirements:

• Valid class 4 driving license
• Clean driving record
• At least 1 year of class 4 driving experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management: Adhere to 5S principles to maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
  Comply with Global Standards (BRCGS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) guidelines to uphold brand reputation.
  
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of company vehicles.
  
• Delivery Operations: Accurately follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
  Efficiently load, unload, and prepare delivery goods, including picking and packing.
  Obtain proper acknowledgement for delivered goods from recipients.
  
• Warehouse Support: Assist with various warehouse operations as needed.
  

Job Requirements:

• Education: O-Level or equivalent
• License: Valid Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 licence preferred)
• Experience: Relevant experience in logistics or delivery preferred
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using delivery tracking systems and mobile devices
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
