• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate the needs of the Director.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Availability for frequently overseas business travel, as required by the Director's schedule and business needs.
