JOB OVERVIEW

The role of a driver in DAC is to provide safe driving and high standard of safety and care for staff and clients. The driver is also required to assist the DAC’s general office in documents despatch services, logistical transportation and other general works support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Personal Financial Consultant, you will be based at one of our island-wide Branches and will provide comprehensive, one-stop financial advisory services to customers through the active promotion and cross-selling of our full range of wealth management products that include insurance, loans, unit trusts and structured deposits. With an emphasis on consultative selling to meet customers’ needs, you will also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationship and provide good after-sales service to them.

To help you succeed in your role, you will join our structured training program during the first 6 weeks of your career with us. Thereafter you will also have at least 5 training days every year to help you further develop your career and keep your skills sharp and up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.

As a successful Personal Financial Consultant, you will have the option to take your career forward by either pursuing our Management Route, on the path of becoming a Branch Manager one day, or the Sales Route, growing into a Senior Relationship Manager working with premier private clients. Plus, as a top performer, you will be invited to trips, visiting great locations across the world from Paris, Barcelona to London and many more.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

• Preferably has a Degree or a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant retail banking sales experience.
• Fresh grads are also welcome to apply.
• Results-oriented go-getter who works well under pressure.
• Prepared to have flexible working hours that may include working on weekends.
• Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant financial advisory experiences and proven sales records will be considered for senior position.

• Able to work on Sundays and public holidays.
• Able to do lorry mechanic job.

Driver to be familiar with all Singapore roads.

Able to plan the routes at the beginning of the day.

Housekeeping of vehicle after every work shift to ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition for use the following work shift.

Accept day/night shifts.

Required to work on weekends.

Need unload the goods, Must be physically strong.

· Able to work 12 hours rotating shift.

· Be prepared to carry out enforcement duties across the island.

· Valid Singapore Class 3/4 Licence

· Advantageous in understanding Singapore Law and Regulations and the local context.

Driver Responsibilities:

• Drive long distances to deliver goods to customer place or customer site.
• Record Materials deliveries and Refuel and clean vehicle.
• Safely transporting goods to and from distribution centers.
• Report road incidents to the dispatcher and Follow traffic laws.
• Follow accident procedures and Keep an activities log and log hours.
• Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
• Plan routes using GPS system ALSO Get goods to the site on time.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and team.

Driver Requirements:

• Class 4 driver license.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Able to do overtime and support on public holiidays.
• 3+ years' experience as a lorry driver and Good communication skills.
• Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus and multi trip.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry 30-50Kg goods
• Must be able to do overtime, 24 hours on call
• Must be able to communicate with Chinese colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 14FT Tailgate Lorry
• Delivery of all kind of products - palletised or in cartons
• Ensure trucks are in working condition (report defects, accidents or violations)
• Comply with Singapore Traffic Rules and Regulations

Requirements:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM & Saturdays from 8AM to 2PM
• Minimum 2 years of Class 4 Driving experience
• Candidates with prior delivery experience and excellent road knowledge will be preferred
• Working Location: West Park (it is an advantage if candidate is living in the West)
