Job Summary:
As a Content Creator / Videographer, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that resonates with individuals looking to start or grow their own F&B business. You’ll have creative freedom to develop topics and craft storylines that appeal to a specific audience, focusing on the journey, challenges, and insights of being a successful business owner. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just focused on brand promotion but is passionate about creating impactful content that educates, inspires, and builds a strong personal IP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Work with the owner to brainstorm and create a content calendar of topics and themes that address the interests and questions of aspiring F&B entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts.
• Filming & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including Q&As, insights, tutorials, and real-life experiences, optimized for social media platforms.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that go beyond business promotion, capturing the essence of the owner’s journey, valuable lessons, and advice for those considering a career in the F&B industry.
• Audience Engagement: Identify trending topics and questions relevant to the target audience to ensure the content remains timely and valuable.
• Social Media Strategy: Collaborate on strategies to grow and engage followers on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) by producing content that resonates with viewers.
• Content Optimization: Adjust and optimize video content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement, including creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of content to understand audience preferences and make data-driven adjustments to the content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator and videographer with a strong portfolio, preferably in lifestyle, business, or educational content.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Skilled in storytelling and creating narratives that are engaging and relatable to the target audience.
• Experience with social media platforms and a strong understanding of what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to work independently, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
• Knowledge of the F&B industry or small business landscape is a plus, but not required.

Scope of Work

1.Conduct ICT Courses for Students (Pri 1 to Pri 6) in:

a. New Media Literacies (e.g Curate, Connect and Create)

b. Touch Typing (School-owned software)

c. Internet Security, Subject/Content research and copyrights issues

d. School’s Learning Management System – Student Learning Space (SLS)

e. Basic Photo Editing and video creation

f. G suite Education Apps

• Google Docs/ Sheet/ Sites/ Slides
• Google Classroom
• Google Site

g. ICT Baseline Assessment

h. Web-based Collaboration tools e.g. Padlet, Kahoot, Moo-o, Mentimeter

i. Coding and Programming (e.g Scratch/ Scratch Junior/ Scratch Up/ Microbit)

2. Any other ICT related tasks and administrative duties given by School Leaders or HOD.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Preferably 3 years’ experience training primary school students in ICT software and skills.
2. Preferably a Diploma or equivalent in ICT related field.
3. Proficient in Google Suite for Education (e.g Google Docs/ Sheet/ Sites/ Slides and Classroom).
4. Proficient in Coding applications (e.g. Scratch/ Scratch Junior/ Scratch Up/ Microbit).
5. Proficient in video creation skills (using video animation software like iMovies).

• To assist in loading and unloading of goods from warehouse to customer premise
• To do stocks take and inventory check
• Warehouse housekeeping work
• Act as Personal Driver to send boss to work and back home
• Familiar with Singapore roadmap and location
• Able to read and understand packing list details

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with 3-5years of Delivery cum Personal Driver experience
• Candidate must has Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Able to perform work with minimal supervision
• Prefer candidate can start work in short notice

As a Lecture Teaching professional specializing in Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering your role is to deliver high-quality lectures and provide instruction to students pursuing a diploma in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lecture Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative lectures on various topics related to facilities management. Utilize diverse teaching methodologies, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and practical exercises.

Student Engagement: Facilitate student learning by promoting active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Encourage open discussions, group activities, and practical exercises to enhance students' understanding and application of concepts.

Assessments and Grading: Administer assessments, quizzes, assignments, and exams to evaluate students' knowledge and skills. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and growth.
