Responsibilities

· To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified Quality/ Environmental / Food Safety /Safety and/ or any other Management Systems that BV Certification offers ( As appropriate)

· Conduct public-run or in-house training for customers of specified Quality/ Environmental/ Food Safety/ Safety/and/or any other Management Systems

· To assimilate, understand and operate the BV Singapore Quality Management System in all activities relevant to the post

· To control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other members of the audit team

· Authority over whatever decisions are necessary during the audits and to recommend the presentation or otherwise of a certificate of approval.

· To decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether or not certification should be granted or allowed to continue.

· To represent BV Singapore, where necessary, to potential clients in conjunction with other responsible personnel.

· To assist in the training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors, either during planned audits or during other training functions.

· To maintain all current memberships, competency and registrations applicable to the post.

· To maintain continuous professional development in support to future development of schemes for certification

· Assist in any other task assigned such as internal audits, accreditation maintenance, TQR related activities and Technical file reviews

· Support all technical activities in maintaining accreditations

Requirements :

· Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline

· Familiar with internal/certification audits

· Possess auditing experience and/or a Certified Lead Auditor is an advantage

Job Description:

• To provide secure and timely driving services to transport passengers and/or goods
• To deliver documents to the bank or the suppliers and government authorities required by directors
• Sending children to school and other outdoor activities
• To facilitate airport pick-ups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits and/or other visitors as per directors’ instruction
• To keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tyres conditions and arrange minor repairs where necessary
• To check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside

• To run errands and other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years driver experience

Job Description

We are looking for 1 Trainer to teach students in attaining:

• ITE Skills Certificate (ISC) in Food Preparation (1-module)
• ITE Skills Certificate (ISC) in Hospitality Services (4-module), Food Preparation module

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• At least 3 years of industry experience, with specialization in both Western & Asian cuisines
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably with WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications
• Preferably with teaching experience, particularly of students with special needs
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Trainers will have to work closely with parents, school partners and the community to support students’ learning. Hence, Trainers are involved in parents meeting, home visits, parents’ workshops, work attachment programme, Metta Carnivals, Metta’s fund raising events, etc.

As Trainers develops students holistically, there are activities that are Trainers’ responsibilities that may be held beyond work hours, as follows (not exhaustive):

• Camps
• Enrichment and Remedial programmes
• Field trips or overseas trips
• Values-in-action activities
• Performing & visual arts activities including concerts and performances
• Professional development activities
• MOE SEB workgroup work assignments
• Briefings, meetings and Focused Group Discussions conducted by MOE SEB, NCSS, MWA, SGE and other agencies
• Parents workshop, briefing or meetings
• Activities organized by MWA including carnival, fund raising events and half-yearly briefings
• Exigency of services where trainers support is required to help in a crisis or when our students need our support.

The detailed responsibilities include:

1. Maintain the standards of our training facilities to ensure that ITE will renew our status as an Approved Training Centre (ATC) every 3 years.
2. Develop training resources appropriate for our students based on the Skills Standard stated in ITE’s curriculum.
3. Participate in ITE’s curriculum standardisation meetings to align standards between schools offering the same ISC.
4. Conduct Off-the-Job Training in school:Develop Scheme of Work (SOW) to ensure all the competencies stated in ITE’s Skills Standard are taught over the available curriculum time. Develop weekly Lesson Plans and conduct formative assessment to monitor students’ attainment of learning outcomes. Prepare and use a varied choice of appropriate instructional aids and ICT to cater to the different levels of learning abilities in students. Set ISC class tests and theory examination papers.
5. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) at authentic worksites:Work with Job Coaches to support our students to meet the passing criteria. Work with partners to evaluate students’ performance based on ITE’s task list and assessment.
6. Monitor students’ progress, achievements and participation in school activities through appropriate documentation and record-keeping.
7. Implement interventional strategies with Form Teachers, Allied Health Professionals and parents to support students with specific learning difficulties.
8. Guide and equip students with work-readiness skills.
9. Adopt a positive approach to manage class discipline.
10. Collaborate with other trainers and teachers to develop the vocational training curriculum for the programmes catering to younger students, to support the development of pre-requisite technical skills.
11. Improve teaching and general skills by attending relevant professional courses, including the compulsory programmes required by ITE.
12. Contribute to the personal and professional development of colleagues through sharing sessions of skills, knowledge and information.
13. Perform administrative and after-school duties such as after-school-hours outings and other ad-hoc activities.
14. Be a role model to students, uphold the professional and personal qualities required of the educational profession to achieve the best student outcomes.
15. Carry out other tasks assigned by the school.

The WIN Trainer will be responsible to deliver value adding WIN sales training to all new customer facing team members in South Asia Pacific Region (A2), which includes: Account Managers, Engineers and Customer Service employees. This will enable A2 to grow sustainably through by ensuring a well-equipped, highly trained and professional organization

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Effective coordination, ongoing development and delivery of a relevant WIN training and SSS, SAM) Prepare WIN evaluation reports after each session
• Ensure the overall facilitation of WIN trainings (Trade / Application / Product, SSS, SAM)
• Maintain accurate and up to date training materials such as FUSE assets, presentations, demo tools, role play papers with new technology e.g. e-learning
• Continue to reinforce and partner the learning concept of Pre/classroom/Post WIN with 70/20/10
• Monitor and support the Training Centre in ensuring world class facility standards and efficient administration
• Ensure all users of the Training Facilities comply with Health and Safety regulations

Person Specification:
