Job Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant (PA) in Singapore
Personal Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Chairman and CEO’s personal schedule, including appointments, social events, and family matters.
Handle personal errands, such as shopping, reservations, and organizing household staff if applicable.
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for personal trips.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.
Business Responsibilities
Act as a gatekeeper by managing calls, correspondence, and access to the Chairman and CEO.
Coordinate and schedule business meetings, conferences, and appointments, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Organize travel arrangements for business trips, including visas, transportation, and accommodations.
Oversee document preparation, filing, and record-keeping to ensure information is readily accessible.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Monitor and manage deadlines and follow-ups for key projects and commitments.
Assist with event planning, including corporate events, client meetings, and other gatherings.
Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with utmost discretion.
Provide support for strategic planning and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows.
