Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the employer. The role involves driving the employer and/or their family members to various destinations, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and being available for flexible working hours to meet the employer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely transport the employer and family members to designated locations in a timely manner.
2. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid traffic and ensure punctuality.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, including regular checks, fueling, and servicing.
4. Assist with loading and unloading of items when required.
5. Be available for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the employer’s requirements.
6. Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:

1. Clean Record: No criminal record or history of violations.
2. Driving Experience: Proven driving experience with a valid driver’s license and no history of major traffic offenses.
3. Flexibility: Willingness to adjust work hours according to the employer's schedule, including being on call when needed.
4. Attention to Detail: Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
5. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform basic tasks such as handling luggage if needed.
6. Professionalism: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discretion.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Familiarity with luxury or high-end vehicles.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Prior experience as a personal or corporate driver.

Responsibilities:

• Travel Planning and Coordination: Research, plan, and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant reservations and activities. Create and manage travel schedules.
• Travel Documentation: Prepare and obtain necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• Communication and Correspondence: Liaise with travel providers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements and resolve any travel issues
• Administrative Support to CEO: Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO, including email management, calendar organization, meetings scheduling, claims, and data entry.
• Administrative Support to Office: Assist in office administrative matters such as: managing office pantry, liaise with facility management, liaise with IT department, managing company’s IT assets, assist for newcomer onboarding, assist in company gifting logistics, coordinate and arrange meetings, including logistics and venue arrangements etc.
• Others: Any other matters that might be assigned by the CEO / HODs
• Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity (office admin), preferably in finance industry / travel agency
• Experience in travel planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.

Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Personal Chauffeur:

Job Responsibilities:

• Personal driver for the Chairman and family.
• Follow instructions from designated Persons in Charge.
• Daily routine involves picking up the car from the rental location and parking it at the designated office tower.
• Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the cars, including washing and cleaning both the interior and exterior three times a week while the Chairman is engaged in activities.
• Ensure the car is stocked with essentials, such as tissue boxes and mineral water.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license and strong communication skills.
• Able to work overtime and maintain punctuality.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Basic Up to $2,900 + OT Allowance + AWS + VB ( 1 Month )
• Working Location: Newton
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12 PM
