Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall construction and maintenance of the business server, including the architecture design and system development of the disposal platform;
• In-depth exploration and analysis of business needs, deeply involved in the construction of multiple core systems, responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the system, and continuous optimization and improvement;
• Able to define business models and services based on domain architecture and microservices, identify problems existing in the current architecture, define clear problems and promote the upgrade of transaction architecture, and solve problems systematically.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• More than 2 years of Java development experience, solid Java foundation, master knowledge of commonly used data structures, JVM and concurrent packages in Java;
• Familiar with microservice related technologies and have in-depth understanding of various open source frameworks such as Spring and Dubbo. Priority will be given to those who have developed or refactored the framework itself;
• Proficient in MySQL and have strong database design capabilities; have development experience in the design and development of high-performance and high-availability systems based on databases, caches, and distributed storage;
• Applicants with understanding and practice of business architecture and application architecture, experience in domain-driven design DDD, cross-platform API specification design and efficient API call design capabilities will be given priority;
• Have a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation, good communication and collaboration, emergency response and problem-solving capabilities, and relatively strong problem analysis and processing capabilities;
• Development experience in large-scale, high-concurrency related systems is preferred.

Job Requirements :

• More than 3 year of experience working as System Analyst.
• More than 4 years of relevant system analysis, testing and/or project management experience related to Retail, CRM, customer management.
• Good experience in Microsoft dynamics 365 CRM
• 75% technical 25% BA
• Experienced in CRM platform(s) - MS Dynamics will be a plus point
• Good working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles.

Job Objectives

To support AML L3 support for Singapore and Regional entities

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation specific to L3 support KYC Dectica system

• Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards

• Coordinate with Technical Delivery Manager to plan technical deliverables and schedule, perform environment setup, involve in solution design and development works to meet project requirements

• Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions

• Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested

• Implement project change request and in accordance with deployment schedule

• Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result

• Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment

• Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization

Key Requirements

Must Have

• Experienced in Java development is a must

• At least 5 years of experience / knowledge in Red Hat Linux, Unix Shell Scripting, Java, Jboss/Weblogic/Tomcat

• At least 4 years of experience in Cloudera Hadoop/Hive/HBase, System Interfaces (SFTP, FTP, API, Rest, SOAP), environment setup, BitBucket/Git

• At least 4 years of experience of coordination with cross technical teams

• At least 3 years of experience in SQL, MariaDB/Oracle, Jenkins/DevOps CI-CD, Control-M

• Experienced in development implementation involving NetReveal Dectica KYC solution

• Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data

• Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills in English
