• Perform investigation, troubleshoot issues by developing scripts, SQL queries.
• Work closely and collaborate with the Business Analysts and Quality Engineers/application testers for user stories elaboration, test automation, bug fixes etc.
• Work with deployment team/DevOps team on setting up continuous integration, build and release automation.
• Provide estimates for stories during sprint planning for Agile project.
• Convert acceptance criteria into automated unit tests cases.
• Support production issues and duty rotation for after-office-hours support
• Champion Agile technical practices such as test-driven development, pair programming and refactoring
• Involve in application deployment to the various environments in CSP (Cloud Service Provider).

Role Responsibilities:-

• System analysis to develop/ maintain/ modify application based on requirement
• Error handling and user support for any inquire
• Gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code
• Create and modify Database Table/View/Function etc.
• Maintain and develop report in Tableau
• Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data flows required for reporting or dashboard solutions
• Documenting all technical and system specifications for all ETL processes and perform unit tests on all processes and prepare required programs and scripts
• Analyze and interpretation of all complex data from source systems and provide resolutions to all data issues and coordinate with the BI Team to validate all requirements
• Perform testing and validating all data flows and prepare all ETL processes per business requirements and incorporate all business requirements into all design specifications
• Extensive experience in performing root cause analysis on ETL processes to resolve issues and validate all data

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information System/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing complex SQLs with C#, expertise in performance tuning of SQL
• Experience in the scheduling of all ETL (SSIS) processes and prepare documents for all data flow diagrams
• Knowledge and prior experience in Tableau, Python, R, Power BI, etc.
• Extensive experience in using SAP Data Services is added advantage
