• Managing testing which include iteration test planning, test cases, test scripts, regression testing, raising and retesting bugs, ensuring that organizational and quality standards are met
• Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time and effort parameters
• Providing Training to User/Client after successful completion of adobe campaign implementation.
• Revising, editing or changing the existing web pages to keep the web portal up to date
• Designing, developing & implementing the workflow program, presentation and managing various phases of interface development based on technical specification
• Extending high technical support on servers &ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt redress of problems
• Communicating with internal/external clients to determine specific requirements and expectations; managing client expectations as an indicator of quality
• Mapping client's requirements and providing them the best IT solutions involving evaluation of options, definition of scope of project, and finalization of project requirements
