• Design and develop curriculum and courseware based on the Tsao philosophy.
• Conduct recruitment of volunteer Adult Educators (AE) based on upcoming training needs/new courses.
• Conduct interviews, as part of the volunteer AE interview panel, to ascertain the suitability of volunteer AEs.
• Conduct train-the-trainer workshops to induct AEs into new courses and workshops.
• Conduct periodic focus group discussion with AEs to gain insights from the existing LR courses.
• Perform periodic post-course evaluation analysis to ensure contents, delivery and volunteer AEs are meeting the expected standards and delivery.
• Conduct translation of courses into Chinese as and when required.
• Facilitate courses and workshops aligned to Tsao Foundation’s service delivery and standards
• Manage external developers to ensure that their courseware submission adheres to HMTA’s requirements.

Requirements :

• Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Education, Training and Development or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in facilitation and training delivery.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate and Training Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate and Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
• WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.
• Passion for working with older persons and the ability to engage with them.
• Strong in Chinese as translation work is involved.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Develop service requests in ITSM platform.
• Perform ITSM platform operational maintenance and enhancement.
• Provide support in implementation of IT service management activities which includes the following areas:
  • Catalogue: Analysis of service requests and enhancement the catalogue items.
  • Catalogue Service Request Implementation.
  • User requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Build or enhance service requests in ITSM platform.
  • Create reports for ITSM service requests.
  • System documentation, user guide and training.
  • Knowledge transfer to internal ITSM team.
  • ITSM setup and configuration that adhere to the current ITSM process.
  • ITSM platform patching, upgrade, and maintenance works.
  • Work with Automation/Orchestration team to integrate with catalogs, approvals, and workflows.
