Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding customer service is provided and address our customers' requirements through multiple communication methods within a given timeframe.
• Execute a comprehensive set of operational and collection tasks.
• Responsible for achieving personal (KPIs) and collective objectives, in alignment with the company's service performance metrics.

From a salary perspective, the role has a basic salary of $6000 - $8000 dependent on your previous physiotherapy experience. The average physiotherapist will receive 3 – 4 months of performance bonus annually. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Physiotherapist is responsible for helping clients restore mobility, function, and independence through detailed assessments of problems, providing individualized treatment such as exercise prescription, manual therapy/facilitation, and client education as necessary.

The role & responsibilities include:

• Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat residents with a variety of disabilities for optimal care
• Assist to conduct quality improvement/research projects
• Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Assist to collate statistics to monitor the performance of staff and services
• Ensure that staff comply with clinical protocols and service standards
• Contribute towards the increased profile of the department and profession through inter-department interactions
• Foster open communication between staff for better understanding
• Works as part of collaborative, interdisciplinary teams such as other allied health professions, center in charge, nurses, and operations team

• Recognized Diploma / Degree in a related discipline

• Posses initiative and proactively seek guidance for complex cases when required

• Possess communication and problem-solving skills

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing appropriate, timely and effective physiotherapy treatment to nursing home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES

• Assess residents’ needs for therapy and to provide therapy services to the residents.
• Develop and review effective treatment programmes for residents.
• Document and audit resident care, collect and reports statistics.
• Supervise and guide physiotherapy intervention by junior staff.
• Initiate sharing and promote learning culture for evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate fun group exercises for better biopsychosocial care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Qualified and registered with AHPC (Full registration).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
